- Payment information, processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number
- Booking details: dates, times, sessions, and teams you register for
- Basic usage data (pages visited, device/browser type) via standard web analytics
How We Use It
- To process bookings, payments, and registrations
- To send booking confirmations and updates about your session, league, or event
- To respond to questions you send us
- To improve the website and our services
What We Don’t Do
We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with third parties as needed to run our business — for example, Stripe for payment processing and Resend/Supabase for email delivery and data storage — each bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
Children’s Information
Many of our participants are minors. Information about a child is provided and controlled by their parent or guardian at signup, and is used solely to administer that child’s participation in our programs.
Data Retention & Access
We keep booking and payment records as long as needed for business and legal purposes. To request a copy of your data or ask that it be deleted, contact us at 214-218-7817.
