These Terms & Conditions govern your use of lsatraining.org and any booking made through it, covering private training, Next Touch Facility field rentals and pickup games, Next Touch League play, and events.

Bookings & Payment

All bookings are paid in full at the time of reservation through our payment processor, Stripe. A booking is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Cancellations & Refunds

To cancel or reschedule a booking, contact us at 214-218-7817 as soon as possible. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed, particularly for late cancellations or missed sessions.

Conduct

Participants and guardians are expected to treat coaches, staff, and other participants with respect. LSA Training reserves the right to remove any participant from an Activity, without refund, for conduct that endangers others or disrupts a session.

League Play

Team managers registering a team for Next Touch League are responsible for their team’s roster, communicating schedule information to their players’ families, and ensuring each participating player’s guardian has agreed to our Liability Waiver.

Changes to Schedules & Pricing

Hours, pricing, and schedules are subject to change. We’ll do our best to communicate significant changes in advance.

Limitation of Liability

Use of our facilities and participation in our programs is also subject to our Liability Waiver, which you must agree to before any booking is completed.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
