This Liability Waiver, Release of Claims, and Assumption of Risk (“Waiver”) applies to your participation in any activity offered by LSA Training, including but not limited to private training sessions, Next Touch Facility field rentals and pickup games, Next Touch League play, and any camp, tournament, or special event (collectively, the “Activities”), whether held at Next Touch Facility, Sandy Lane Field, or any other location LSA Training uses.

1. Assumption of Risk

Soccer and related physical activity carry inherent risks, including but not limited to collisions with other participants, falls, overexertion, equipment failure, and weather-related hazards, which can result in injury, permanent disability, or death. I understand these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may result from my (or my child’s) participation in the Activities.

2. Release of Claims

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I, on behalf of myself, my child, my heirs, and my legal representatives, release and forever discharge LSA Training, Next Touch Facility, Sandy Lane Field, and their respective owners, coaches, employees, contractors, and volunteers (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of participation in the Activities, except to the extent caused by the Released Parties’ gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Medical Authorization

I authorize LSA Training staff to seek emergency medical treatment for myself or my child if needed, and I agree to be financially responsible for any costs of that treatment.

4. Photo & Video Release

I grant LSA Training permission to photograph or video myself or my child during the Activities and to use those images for promotional purposes, including on the website and social media, without compensation.

5. Governing Law

This Waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If any provision of this Waiver is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

6. Electronic Signature

By typing your full legal name and checking the agreement box during checkout, you are electronically signing this Waiver and confirming that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by it, with the same effect as a handwritten signature.
